How it Works

Reserve it today – payment is taken at checkout to secure your item.

Estimated dispatch – each pre-order product shows an estimated delivery date on its page.

We’ll keep you updated – if timings change, you’ll hear from us.

Shipping – as soon as your item arrives, we’ll ship it with love and lots of tissue paper.

Not Ready to Pre-order?

Prefer to wait? That’s fine too 

Use the “Notify me when back in stock” button on the product page and we’ll email you the moment it’s available.

Important to Know

Estimated dates are guides. Production or courier delays may shift delivery slightly.

Mixed orders – if your basket contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.

Cancellations – you can cancel any time before your shipping notification for a full refund.

Unfulfilled orders – if for any reason we cannot supply your pre-order, we’ll issue a full refund straight away.

Prices – the price you pay at pre-order checkout is final, even if prices change later.

Pre-orders fall under our standard Returns & Refunds Policy once delivered

If you change your mind before dispatch, simply cancel for a full refund.
