Weighing only 1.2kg, the Bertie’s weightlessness creates a soft and airy presence in a room. The faceted crystal drops can transform sunlight into tiny rainbows to dance around your interior. Soft and textured, smooth and fluffy; super-soft feathers contrast with the brass accents of cool ball chain. All elements are responsive to touch and movement, combining to create a rich and decadent lighting feature.

Our Feathers
We use best quality feathers that are carefully bleached and hand dyed here in the UK. The feathers we use are by-products of farmed poultry or common game birds and are not from rare or endangered species.
Our feathers come in a huge variety of colours, but we can also create custom combinations to match any PANTONE colour, for any interior. Feel free to request a sample below.

Details
Hand crafted to order in our London studio using hand dyed hen and goose feathers and powder coated lightweight alloy wheel rims.
All of our feather lamp shades are very easy to clean.
For the Classic Collection we recommend using a damp cloth to gently wipe the feathers.
Alternatively, you can remove the shade, take it outside and give it a good shake. Remember that feathers are ‘designed’ to be durable and water resistant. The only danger of damage comes from putting weight on the feathers and breaking their spines.
